In this live session, we will dive deep into a leadership framework, while taking time for you to share your own thoughts, scenarios, and experiences. 

The purpose of this module is to help leaders evolve their day-to-day techniques to adapt to more complex + complicated situations. We will focus on how to best manage your team’s performance, even when there is a lot going on, as well as how to create accountability. For our live session, we strongly suggest participating in Creating a Culture of Accountability in Canopy before we meet, to get the most out of our time during the live session together.
