Canopy subprocessors
We use third party subprocessors, such as cloud computing providers and customer support software, to run Canopy (the service). We establish GDPR-compliant data processing agreements with each subprocessor, extending GDPR safeguards everywhere personal data is processed.
The following is a list of personal data subprocessors we use today. To be notified of any future changes, please email us at support@canopy.is and we’ll add your email to our list.

Previously, we used the following subprocessors:
- Until May 02, 2024 changed to add OpenAI for the AI Assistant feature.
- Until April 15, 2023 changed to add SalesForce, Bonsai, replacing Drip with Customer.io, replacing Google Analytics with usefathom.com.
- Until June 11, 2021 changed to add Sentry & Cloudflare as a subprocessors and removing Rollbar, Coralogix, and ScoutAPM.
