Perhaps it&#8217;s a <a href=\"https:\/\/canopy.is\/m\/training_modules\/4-how-to-hold-effective-1-1-meetings?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=post&amp;utm_campaign=28-performance-review\">one-on-one meeting<\/a>, perhaps it&#8217;s over dinner.
